About the Role
As a Site Manager at J&B Recycling, part of FCC Environment, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the Yarm Road site. You will lead site staff, ensure health, safety and environmental standards are met, deliver customer expectations, and manage operations in line with budget and performance targets. This role involves managing day-to-day site operations, implementing and maintaining SHEQ policies, ensuring compliance with environmental permits and statutory requirements, and liaising with customers, regulators and external stakeholders including the Environment Agency. You will also lead, develop and motivate site staff to achieve operational KPIs, manage site inspections, audits and reporting, maintain high standards of housekeeping and site presentation, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, and operate Mobile Plant as required.

Experience
- Managing operations within a regulated or industrial environment

Qualifications
