About the Role
Our client is a well-established solar installation company based near Ashford, specialising in domestic Solar PV installations across Kent and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Solar PV Electrician to join their installation team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing local business with a strong pipeline of work. All projects are local with no nationwide travel required, offering good earning potential and a strong work life balance.

Key responsibilities include the installation and electrical connection of Solar PV systems on domestic properties, working alongside roofing and installation teams to complete projects efficiently, testing and commissioning Solar PV systems, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with electrical regulations, collecting materials from the local depot when required, and maintaining a professional approach when working in residential environments.

Experience
Qualified Electrician with experience installing Solar PV systems. Experience working on domestic installations is essential.

About you
Ideally based locally to Ashford due to morning material collections and local project locations. Full UK driving licence required. Professional, reliable, and able to work well within a team environment.

Qualifications
Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (NO 2391) qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
