This role is within the Integrated Solutions business unit, part of KBR’s STS segment, focusing on engineering and project delivery services primarily in hydrocarbons and energy transition industries. Our engineers are at the forefront of delivering innovative design and construction projects in both conventional and alternative energy markets.
We invite a subject matter expert in tank and pressure vessel engineering to join our dynamic team. This highly respected position involves extensive collaboration with clients, project managers, suppliers, senior leadership, and KBR’s global mechanical engineering network. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in the engineering of LNG storage tanks, atmospheric storage tanks, and pressure vessels. Experience is typically gained from consulting engineering firms or end-user organizations.
Experience
- Proven track record as a subject matter expert on energy transition and petrochemical projects, including concept development, front-end engineering design, and detailed design.
- Extensive knowledge of static equipment design standards relevant to energy transition or oil and gas sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
