About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will manage daily site operations including risk assessments, safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with RAMS. You will be responsible for checking plant, equipment, and fuel usage, reporting defects, and maintaining stock levels. Promoting a positive health and safety culture and reporting concerns appropriately will be key to your role. You will coordinate waste collections, segregation, storage, inspections, and documentation. Delivering toolbox talks, maintaining training records, and supporting audit and reporting requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. Acting as the main site contact for waste queries, you will support stakeholders, drive service improvements, and assist the Contract Manager. Experience
Experience in waste management and relevant legislation is essential. Proven ability to manage site operations and promote health and safety culture.

About you
IT literate with confidence in using Google software. Strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing learning. Ability to act as a key contact for stakeholders and support service improvements.

Qualifications
IOSH Managing Safely qualification required. Knowledge of permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements. Valid FLT licence: B1 counterbalance, up to 5 tonnes. Valid van driver competency.
