About the Role
Join Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller as a Sustainability Intern on a 13-month fixed term contract starting July 2027. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability within a leading UK dairy manufacturer. You will support the Sustainability team by driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting research and data analysis, producing reports, contributing to compliance and annual sustainability reporting, developing dashboards, tracking retailer and competitor sustainability targets, and supporting group projects aligned with Müller’s sustainability goals. This role will help you build valuable skills in data handling, communication, project management, and sustainability reporting while making a tangible impact on environmental objectives.

Experience
This placement is ideal for university students passionate about sustainability and data analysis, looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.

About you
- On track to achieve a 2:1 degree or above and seeking a placement year role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Innovative problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective time management and high attention to detail
- Experience or aptitude in project management
- Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in financial modelling
- Enthusiastic about working with structured and unstructured data sets
- Competent with Microsoft Office and digital tools for data visualization and trend analysis
- Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least one year
- Eligible to work in the UK (note: this role is not eligible for sponsorship)

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a university degree program with a focus on sustainability, environmental science, data analysis, or related fields. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
