About the Role

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to genuinely change people’s lives by managing the delivery of our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship programmes. You will lead and support a team of Skills Coaches, ensuring training and assessment are delivered to the highest standards and quality assured in line with awarding organisation requirements, Ofsted, and internal procedures.
As a Delivery Manager, you will inspire and develop your team to meet agreed performance targets and KPIs, support learners at risk, and act as a point of escalation to resolve issues with clients. You will produce IQA and observation feedback reports, identify areas for improvement, and source CPD opportunities. Working closely with the Head of Portfolio, you will help plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum and learning experience, ensuring resources and training materials enable apprentices to succeed in their careers and become responsible British citizens.
You will also manage relationships with Assessment Organisations, attend regular meetings, support recruitment of new coaches, and contribute to programme reviews where relevant. Experience
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship-related regulations, standards and IQA processes
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery and understanding of the role of Skills Coaches/Tutors
- Familiarity with the L4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner standard
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in managing high-quality learning programmes
- Excellent IT skills; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
