Hours
37.5 hours per week, 3 rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am. Shift allowance rate for anti-social hours to be confirmed.

About the Role
The new Plastics Recycling Facility (PRF) processes up to 200,000 tonnes of non-hazardous plastics annually, including manual separation, size reduction, automatic sorting, granulation, cleaning, washing, and baling or bagging. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and maintain the working processes of the facility, control PRF room operations, and lead operatives by motivating, assigning tasks, and monitoring quality standards. You will induct and monitor specialised contractors to ensure safe operations, assist with investigating and reporting process incidents and accidents, and ensure compliance with environmental permitting and planning permission management practices. Additionally, you will report faults on plant and machinery and supervise the facility in the absence of the process shift supervisor. Experience
Previous experience in a similar team leader operations role is required.
