About the Role
Join Forestry England, a passionate team dedicated to growing the nation’s forests for everyone. As a Visitor Service Coordinator, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional visitor experience at High Lodge, ensuring visitors leave with lasting memories. You will provide accurate information and respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and expertise, meeting the needs of every customer wherever possible. Your role includes helping to keep visitor facilities clean, safe and accessible, while fostering a supportive and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity and individual growth. You will also take opportunities to promote Forestry England’s work through marketing, events, membership and volunteering initiatives. This role is part of the visitor service and recreation team, playing a key part in creating amazing places and experiences for visitors to enjoy.

Experience
Experience in customer service or visitor-facing roles is desirable. Ability to respond to enquiries with enthusiasm and expertise is essential. Experience working in outdoor or recreational environments is advantageous.

No specific qualifications are required; however, candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively in accurate spoken English.
