About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative at Thames Water, you will be part of the Inventory Operations and Supply Management team, responsible for the safe custody and real-time visibility of stock holdings. You will ensure a professional delivery and collection service across all Thames Water and Alliance locations, supporting operational teams during customer and operational incidents. Your duties will include operating mechanical handling equipment safely (FLT training provided), using SAP to maintain accurate inventory records, loading and unloading vehicles securely, managing daily receipts from Distribution Centres, actioning returns against work orders, maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site and stores, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of equipment and critical stock.

Experience
Previous warehouse experience is essential.
About you
- Hold a valid, full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
- Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25 kg.
- Basic computer skills, specifically in Excel.
- FLT licence is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
