About the Role
As part of Full Circle Wind Services' continuous growth, we are expanding our portfolio of Enercon turbines throughout Aberdeenshire and seeking skilled Enercon Wind Turbine Technicians passionate about maintaining turbine performance. This role involves troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, and call-outs to keep Enercon turbines operating smoothly. You will mentor and train new technicians, provide hands-on support on-site, and ensure all maintenance tasks meet strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, conducting inspections, replacing components, and maintaining detailed service and performance records. You will be the primary on-site contact for customers, providing clear updates and building trust. The role offers opportunities to learn new technologies, work with other turbine brands, and occasionally support remote monitoring from the control room. Travel across Scotland is expected, giving you the chance to explore diverse locations while advancing your career in renewable energy.

Experience
Minimum 3 years working with Enercon turbines or similar models; candidates may be Certified Technicians (CT) or Associate Technicians (AT).

- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.

- Collaborative and flexible, yet confident working independently and taking ownership.
Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications related to wind turbine maintenance are advantageous but not explicitly required. A commitment to safety and continuous learning is essential.
