About the Role
As part of our continuous growth, Full Circle Wind Services is expanding our portfolio of Enercon turbines throughout Wales. We are seeking a skilled Enercon Wind Turbine Technician passionate about maintaining and troubleshooting Enercon turbines to keep them operating smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and train new technicians, providing hands-on support on site. You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance, emergency call-outs, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, conducting inspections, and replacing components as needed. Accurate logging of service reports and turbine performance records is essential. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring clear communication and reassurance throughout maintenance activities. Safety is paramount; you will adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure all turbine components meet high standards of quality and reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and operational teams to identify improvements in turbine performance and efficiency, occasionally supporting remote turbine monitoring in the control room. This role is based in South Wales and requires travel.

Experience
Minimum 3 years working with Enercon turbines or similar models. Candidates can be either Certified Technicians (CT) or Assistant Technicians (AT).
