About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Window Cleaner to join our Soft FM team based in Tulse Hill. The Soft FM team delivers a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained. Your role will involve performing both internal and external window cleaning duties at various sites across South London, including cleaning doors and canopies. You will also undertake other cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, jet washing, dusting, and graffiti removal. Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of internal and external windows using reach and wash equipment
- High and low level cleaning duties
- Deep cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, jet washing, dusting, and graffiti removal
- Other ad hoc cleaning duties as required
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations including correct use and storage of Personal Protective Equipment and adherence to COSHH regulations
Experience
Proven experience within cleaning services, particularly window cleaning, and familiarity with cleaning equipment.

Qualifications
Knowledge of chemical use and COSHH regulations is essential. No formal qualifications required but a positive attitude and commitment to health and safety are vital.
