Key responsibilities include:
- Completing maintenance duties as required
- Bulking and repacking packaged material/waste for treatment and onward disposal
- Directing visiting drivers to the correct areas and acting as reversing assistant when needed
- Reporting and managing contamination, non-compliant waste/product, spills, leaks, litter, safe stacking of packaged waste, clean and well-maintained bunds, odours, or dust
- Ensuring hazardous waste is stored in accordance with the site environmental permit
- Using a 2-way radio / marine band VHF effectively

Experience
Previous operational yard experience is essential.
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.
Previous maintenance experience is required.
