About the Role

As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the Northern Europe zone’s financial reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and compiling internal reports to communicate monthly financial results and commentary to senior management, preparing presentation templates and slides, and conducting ad hoc financial analysis. You will liaise with business contacts to ensure professional and timely delivery of reports, act as an interface between Central Finance and Operational Finance teams, and review financial and operational performance data with a focus on Revenue, EBITDA, and CAPEX versus budget and prior year results.
Additionally, you will support zone efficiency plan reporting by securing new projects and ensuring proper documentation, assist with long-term planning through Excel modelling and business analysis, and coordinate financial submissions to the Office of National Statistics. Experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and SUMIF functions.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis is advantageous.
Knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets, is desirable.
Experience using Workday ERP is a plus.

Qualifications
University degree or Business School qualification.
