About the Role
Join Veolia as a Team Leader in Street Cleansing and Waste Collections, where you will play a key role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You will oversee vehicle and asset checks, distribute daily worksheets and route maps, and ensure all staff have the correct tools and equipment in serviceable condition. Your responsibilities will include investigating any accidents involving employees, vehicles, or equipment, undertaking contract monitoring surveys, and assisting with cleansing schedules. At the end of each shift, you will ensure all workforce sign-offs and documentation are completed accurately. You will also provide cover for the Manager as needed. Experience
- Supervisory or management experience is essential
- Good IT knowledge and skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence is desired
- Previous waste management experience is preferred
