About the Role
We are recruiting a Biosolids 360 Machine Operative to work on-site, safely driving and operating the Division’s vehicles and stockpiling biosolids, referred to as CAKE. You will transfer the CAKE to different points and may also be required to refuel various machines within the Thames Water site. As a Biosolids Operator, you will operate plant machinery including excavators and loading shovels to Thames Water standards, ensuring all equipment is used professionally, safely, and in accordance with legal requirements. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and passionate team focused on safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining process integrity at operational sites.

Experience
- Essential: Driving licence (van provided).
- Essential: Experience operating a 360-degree excavator (approximately 15 tons plus).
- Desirable: Experience using a loading shovel.
- Desirable: CITB qualification for wheeled loaders.

Qualifications
