About the Role
Join our South of England teams at Stantec, where we are tackling two of the most significant challenges facing the UK water industry: storm overflow pollution and the development of water reuse infrastructure at scale. This is complex, multi-disciplinary work with real environmental impact. We are expanding our teams and seeking experienced water professionals across a range of disciplines including Design Managers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Environmental Specialists. You will be involved in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programmes within the regulated water industry, contributing to sustainable and innovative water solutions that shape the future of water in the South of England. At Stantec, you will work on great projects across the UK&I, supported by industry-leading training, professional development, and a collaborative culture that values your contribution and growth.

Experience
Proven experience working within the water sector or a closely related infrastructure discipline such as design, civil, mechanical, electrical or environmental work. Comfortable delivering on complex, multi-disciplinary programmes within a regulated environment.

About you
You hold a relevant qualification in your discipline and ideally are working towards or hold a chartership. You are trusted by clients and colleagues alike and take the development of those around you seriously. You thrive in a collaborative, friendly team culture and are motivated by making a real environmental impact.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in your discipline are required. Chartership or progress towards chartership is desirable.
