About the Role

This office-based role supports the delivery of retrofit and renewable-energy projects by coordinating compliance processes, maintaining project records and helping the organisation meet its accreditation requirements. As a Compliance Co-ordinator, you will support the Compliance Team by maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure projects meet relevant industry and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the Compliance Team. Your responsibilities will include managing project documentation, maintaining compliance records, assisting with audits and working closely with operational teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.

Experience
At least two years’ experience in a compliance, quality assurance or coordination role within the construction, retrofit or renewable-energy sectors. Working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, MCS and/or TrustMark requirements and their associated compliance processes.

About you
Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. Experience using digital platforms and compliance portals. Confidence managing high volumes of documentation and maintaining accurate records. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
