About the Role
You will be working on the front line as the face of Thames Water to our customers. Each year, Thames Water carries out over 500,000 tests on water samples collected from treatment works, reservoirs, and randomly selected customer properties to ensure the highest quality drinking water.
- Participate in an out-of-hours roster including weekends
- Travel extensively between customer properties and sites across a wide geographical area
- Test water samples and manage the maintenance of sampling records and equipment to industry standards
- Investigate supply issues and customer complaints as required
- Work as part of a busy team ensuring water quality and customer satisfaction

Experience
- Previous experience in driving and customer service is required due to frequent cold calling and extensive driving/navigating
- Confidence to cold call residential and commercial properties
- Ability to plan journeys efficiently with good driving knowledge
About you
- Organised and able to work independently
- Open to learning about the water industry and relevant processes
- Good computer literacy skills
Qualifications
- A clean manual driving licence is required
