About the Role
You will be working on the front line as the face of Thames Water to our customers. Every year, we carry out over 500,000 tests on water samples collected from treatment works, reservoirs, and randomly selected customer properties to ensure the highest quality drinking water.
This role involves extensive travel between customers and sites, working as part of a busy team across a wide geographical area. You will be responsible for testing water samples and managing the maintenance of your sampling records and equipment to industry standards. You may also investigate supply issues and customer complaints.

Experience
Previous experience in driving and customer service is required due to frequent cold calling at residential and commercial properties and long periods spent driving and navigating.
About you
Confident in cold calling customers.
Organised and able to work independently.
Good computer literacy.
Ability to plan journeys efficiently and possess good driving knowledge.
Open to learning about the water industry and relevant processes.
Qualifications
A clean manual driving licence is required.
