About the Role
SpartanX Solar is seeking motivated Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help expand our Delaware market. No prior solar experience is required as full training and ongoing coaching are provided. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce them to residential solar solutions, identify interested and qualified prospects, and generate appointments and sales opportunities. You will develop your sales and communication skills through hands-on training while working alongside experienced sales leaders and consultants. This position offers advancement opportunities into higher-level sales and leadership roles for those who demonstrate success and commitment.

Experience
No solar experience required. Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or other people-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
