As Fleet Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet operations. You will lead a proactive safety culture, manage investigations into fleet-related incidents, and oversee the maintenance strategy to keep vehicles operating at their best. Leading a dedicated team, you will manage day-to-day workshop operations and supplier performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. Your leadership will help our fleet run smarter, safer, and stronger, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Experience
- Proven experience in vehicle engineering and maintenance
- Successful track record in a fleet engineering role
- Sound understanding of transport legislation, compliance, and regulatory issues

About you
- Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of IT literacy including intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Ability to produce and deliver PowerPoint presentations
