About the Role
Join Flogas Britain as a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst on an interim fixed term contract and be part of a team committed to doing energy right for customers across the country. You will maintain and optimise our HRIS platforms to support HR functions including employee data management, reporting, compliance, and system enhancements. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include delivering a reliable HRIS experience by ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR; partnering with HR, IT, and global teams to design and enhance systems; troubleshooting issues promptly; maintaining data integrity through audits; creating custom reports and dashboards to provide insights; and supporting the wider HR team with a positive service focus.
