About the Role

As a Helpdesk Coordinator reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, you will work alongside emergency team members to ensure all calls to the emergency line are answered promptly and handled according to company procedures. Our emergency team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing vital support to our customers.
Flogas is transitioning towards delivering 100% renewable energy by 2040, supporting customers to reduce carbon emissions through switching from oil to gas and developing new technologies such as heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases. This role offers job security and the opportunity to be involved in exciting new initiatives as we shape the future of energy.
Experience
Experience in the dispatch of engineers is required. Competent telephone skills and the ability to log call details accurately are essential.
About you
You have excellent listening skills, strong communication abilities, and can think quickly on the job. You pay close attention to detail and can accurately record information under pressure. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages is necessary.
