Hours
Part-time residence support, approximately 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the role. Generally working weekends but can be flexible if not needed by principals.

Salary
Circa £85,000 gross per annum (negotiable for the right couple)

About the Role
Experienced, reliable, and flexible Domestic Couple sought to support part-time Hampshire-based principals with the smooth running and upkeep of their property. This is a hands-on, long-term role for a proactive and discreet couple who work to the highest standards and truly understand the meaning of service. The principals are in residence approximately 100 days per year. For security reasons, it is expected that except during holiday periods or booked time off, the couple will reside at the property.

Key Responsibilities
Gardener/Property Maintenance Partner:
- Security of the property at all times
- General caretaking and oversight of the estate
- Light maintenance duties and coordinating with contractors as needed
- Good level of gardening (gardening help employed 1 day per week)
- Occasional airport and local driving (drivers preferred)

Housekeeper/Cook Partner:
- Daily housekeeping to a high standard, keeping the house guest-ready at all times
- Laundry and ironing
- Cooking meals for the principals when in residence (informal home-style cooking preferred)
- Running errands and supporting household needs

Experience
Proven experience in domestic gardening, property maintenance, housekeeping, and cooking within a private household or similar environment is essential. Experience with security and caretaking duties is highly desirable.
