Within your first 12 months, you will work with the team to create a tailored Personal Development Plan (PDP) aligned with your strengths and career goals. Key responsibilities include assisting with habitat creation and nature recovery through planting, seeding, and establishing native habitats; supporting invasive species removal; maintaining habitat structures; carrying out land management tasks; monitoring plant and soil health; supporting data collection; gaining qualifications and experience using landscaping tools and machinery; maintaining site safety and cleanliness; and working collaboratively with ecologists, contractors, and project managers. You will be expected to adhere to health and safety policies and Ecosulis’ commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
The role requires flexibility to work at different sites, including remote and rural locations, with willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary. A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle are essential.
