About the Role
Join Ecosulis, pioneers in rewilding science and policy with over 30 years of experience, as a hands-on Landscaper within our field team. You will deliver habitat creation and river park maintenance across our Salisbury site. Your work will include habitat establishment, invasive species control, monitoring, and aftercare. You will operate machinery, prepare sites, and collaborate closely with ecologists and site managers to ensure high-quality landscaping that supports biodiversity and sustainable practices. This role requires a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle.

Experience
Essential: Previous hands-on experience in landscaping or environmental projects, ideally involving land management, ecological restoration, or site preparation. Familiarity with tools, machinery, planting schemes, and working outdoors.
Desirable: Experience in habitat creation projects such as wildflower meadows, wetlands, woodland planting, or pond creation. Understanding of ecological principles related to habitat restoration and rewilding.

Practical, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work that supports biodiversity and sustainability. Able to work collaboratively with a team and follow health and safety procedures.

Qualifications
Essential: CSCS Card, full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle, relevant tickets including strimming, ride-on mower, brush cutter.
Desirable: Trailer towing and banksman qualifications.
