About the Role
The Estates Team plays a key role in delivering a great resident experience by providing high-quality estate services focused mainly on gardening and grounds maintenance. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will carry out gardening, grounds maintenance, and cleaning of internal communal areas to ensure all work meets agreed standards. Your efforts will help keep outdoor spaces tidy, welcoming, and well cared for. Acting as the on-site representative for The Guinness Partnership, you will build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors. You will also be responsible for reporting responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, and any safeguarding concerns to help maintain safe and attractive communities.

Experience
Proven professional experience delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types. Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub, and plant care. Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

About you
You will be resident-focused with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. You must be able to carry out physical tasks safely within Health & Safety guidelines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE, is essential.
