About the Role
The Estates Team play a key role in delivering a great resident experience by providing high-quality estate services focused mainly on gardening and grounds maintenance. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will work across Havant and surrounding areas, carrying out gardening, grounds maintenance, and occasional cleaning of internal communal areas. You will ensure all work meets agreed standards, helping to keep outdoor spaces tidy, welcoming, and well cared for. Acting as the on-site representative for The Guinness Partnership, you will build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors. You will also report responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, and any safeguarding concerns to help maintain safe and attractive communities.

Experience
Proven professional experience delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types. Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub, and plant care. Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

About you
Resident-focused with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. Ability to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines. Able to work effectively within a team and independently without high levels of supervision. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant training or certifications in grounds maintenance or health and safety would be advantageous.
