About the Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established leader in renewable technologies as they launch their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) division. As Heat Pump Manager / Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the new ASHP department, managing the full lifecycle of projects from planning through installation to final sign-off. You will have the chance to shape the division’s structure, grow a subcontractor network, and help build a high-quality, scalable service offering. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all ASHP installations, coordinating subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting on-site inspections, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to remain hands-on as a technical lead while contributing to the department’s long-term strategy and growth within a company with over 16 years of success in Solar and EV installations.

Experience
- Proven experience in air source heat pump installations
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic heating systems
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior/managerial role

Qualifications
- Gas Safe registration
- Relevant qualifications such as FGAS, WRAS desirable
- Full UK driving licence
