Our partnership combines WSP's global technical expertise with Norfolk County Council's proven ability to secure investment and deliver infrastructure that makes a real difference to local communities. Together, we deliver a diverse programme of highway maintenance, active travel, safety and improvement schemes that help shape the future of Norfolk's transport network.
As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting multiple positions within this integrated team. These roles are ideal for engineers looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering projects that improve the lives of communities across Norfolk.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering highway schemes through the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to construction and completion.
- Producing high-quality engineering designs, technical documentation, cost estimates and contract information in line with relevant standards and requirements.
- Managing your own projects and work packages, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality expectations.
- Working collaboratively with clients, contractors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Providing technical support and mentoring to technicians and junior colleagues, while promoting safe and sustainable engineering solutions.
