About the Role
Our Horticulture Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores by driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, providing excellent plant advice, and maintaining department standards. You will deliver inspirational gardening standards through excellent service, drive sales through customer interactions while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership, and assist customers with high-quality product knowledge including indoor and outdoor plants, machinery, and core gardening products. Working closely with your team, you will ensure the department is kept to a high standard. Additionally, you will support other store areas as required, including stock management, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant service, providing an ideal opportunity to gain diverse skills and experience.
