About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to lead the delivery of the housing strategy and housing development service for Charnwood Borough Council. This role focuses on increasing and improving the supply of council and other affordable housing within the borough. You will be responsible for managing staff, services, and budgets, while working collaboratively with partners to deliver housing development and enablement services that make a real difference to local communities.

Experience
Proven experience in staff, service, and budget management. Demonstrable success in delivering housing development or housing enablement services. Strong organisational, communication, and partnership working skills are essential.
