As an HSE Multi-Site Business Partner, you will lead and manage the safety strategy across the HMPPS estate, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and HMPPS standards. You will drive standardisation and consistency across DHL Workshop environments and promote a proactive Safety First culture, championing continuous improvement and outstanding safety performance. This role involves providing direct leadership to safety teams, fostering high performance and professional development, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver collaborative safety solutions.

Experience
Proven health and safety experience in a logistics environment.
Strong line management experience with a track record of developing teams.
Comfortable working within a prison environment.
Ability to travel regionally and beyond as operational needs dictate.

Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
