About the Role
Join Powersystems UK and lead the future of renewable energy projects as an Electrical Site Manager. You will manage and supervise all electrical works on new installation sites, working hands-on alongside supervisors to maintain safe and efficient site operations. You will lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for site teams, support the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager with day-to-day people management, and work directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure project delivery stays on schedule. You will embed Powersystems’ strong commitment to Health, Safety and Wellbeing within all site teams, playing a key role in powering the UK's transition to clean energy through utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing sites involving complex electrical installations. Experience with new installations in the energy sector is advantageous.

About you
Ability to quickly establish rapport and earn respect from site employees. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications
Completed SMSTS training is essential. Electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experience are desirable. Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
