About the Role
Join Powersystems, an employee-owned business powering the UK's transition to clean energy. As a Senior Technical Estimator, you will develop accurate, commercially sound and technically robust estimates for high-voltage renewable energy projects up to 400kV. Your role includes managing complex project enquiries from initial assessment through tender submission, negotiation and contract award. You will assess specifications and project information to establish technical, commercial and delivery requirements, produce detailed cost estimates, participate in site visits and meetings, and collaborate closely with Procurement and other teams to ensure estimates are accurate, practical and deliverable. You will uphold Powersystems’ commitment to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, professionalism and continuous improvement while helping to lead the future of renewable energy infrastructure across the UK.

Experience
- Strong technical understanding of 33kV, 132kV and 400kV electrical infrastructure works
- Proven experience producing technical estimates and tender submissions in the electrical infrastructure sector, ideally up to 400kV

Qualifications
- Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
