About the Role
This role is based within a small, closely working team of specialists who share knowledge, experience, and best practice. You will be responsible for supporting, mentoring, and training your peers to facilitate risk-based decisions that produce robust and enforceable permits. Your work will contribute to effective industry regulation and environmental protection through the permitting process.
Experience
Demonstrable skills and experience relevant to the role will be assessed using the STAR method during application and interview. Experience in regulatory permitting, risk-based decision making, or related fields is advantageous.
About you
You should be able to work collaboratively within a specialist team, supporting and mentoring peers. A commitment to continuous learning and sharing best practices is essential. You must meet the Welsh Language Level A1 requirement, meaning you are able to use and understand simple, basic phrases and greetings, and correctly pronounce Welsh names. Qualifications
