About the Role

As an Information Manager, you will support the development of strategies, standards and management plans and undertake delivery of the Information Management (IM) discipline for client projects and programmes to ensure efficient information management and successful project outcomes. You will deliver IM process and system training and act as the supporting Lead for IM on projects or programmes. You will develop and implement processes described within ISO 19650, including how information is produced and assured for digital delivery.
Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering IM strategies, standards (including ISO 19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes; establishing and managing the project/programme IM function following the defined strategy, standards and processes; training colleagues in IM practices and driving awareness and continuous improvement; managing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored; line managing, coaching and supporting the IM team; contributing to the global Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge, processes and case studies; supporting bids with IM strategies and solutions; and contributing to the set-up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, you will share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Experience
Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, Viewpoint, Business Collaborator or similar is essential. Proven experience in delivering IM strategies and managing IM functions on projects or programmes. Experience with ISO 19650 implementation and certification is required.

Qualifications
Technical qualifications and certifications (or equivalent) such as APM IM, Associate of Information Managers or similar are required. ISO 19650 certification is essential.
