About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Join the expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the UK’s largest megaprojects, at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

The purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise to the integrated management system (IMS) team. As an IMS Analyst, you will support the SZC organisation by updating and publishing IMS documents. This demanding role requires excellent communication and organisational skills combined with a proactive approach to a diverse workload.

You will be responsible for developing and refining IMS documents including creating new documents, updating, retiring existing ones, and ensuring adherence to SZC procedure standards within a highly regulated environment. Effective management of the procedure work pipeline, utilising excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, is essential.

Key responsibilities include working collaboratively as part of a team to contribute to success and a positive working environment; coordinating process improvement activities across health and safety, security, environment, quality and other functions; ensuring compliance with process, safety and quality standards; assessing ongoing process improvements and recommending refinements; coaching procedure development subject matter experts and project leaders; developing detailed procedure creation and update plans; publishing IMS documents with correct attributes and permissions; maintaining a prioritised procedure work pipeline and escalating delays; promoting IMS implementation to meet project milestones; maintaining accessible data and records; ensuring confidentiality of commercial and sensitive information; and effectively using IT systems to prepare reports, statistics and presentations for IMS delivery.

Experience
Proven experience managing competing priorities and demands in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high attention to detail and accuracy. Extensive experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation. Strong understanding and application of process modelling standards and design techniques. Experienced in using Visio to create and map processes.
