About the Role
Equans is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team working on the Coca-Cola contract in Uxbridge. This permanent role involves ensuring all works are conducted in line with the EQUANS Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and Permit to Work system, with adequate procedures and processes in place. You will be responsible for issuing Authority to Work, conducting contractor reviews, and providing input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule. This includes ensuring work tasks are completed according to the agreed Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) planner, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). You will support contract update meetings with the client as required, complete PPM and reactive works activities in line with contract requirements, and supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors. Additionally, you will supervise contractors and EQUANS engineers, prepare authorisations to work, and report any anomalies to the FM Manager or SHEQ Manager.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in a similar M&E supervisory role is essential.

About You
You will have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and company procedures, with the ability to supervise contractors and engineers effectively. You should be proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications
Building Services City & Guilds qualification or equivalent (Mechanical or Electrical) is essential. City & Guilds 2391 qualification is desirable. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety certification is required.
