About the Role
We are recruiting a Recycling Waste Operative to join our dedicated Cleaning team at our client’s site. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining overall cleanliness of the site and ensuring containers are neatly aligned in their designated areas. You will sort through waste and select items suitable for recycling, separating timber, glass, metal, paper, cardboard, and electrical waste. It is important to make management aware of any items believed to be hazardous. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Additional Information
Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone capable of supporting our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out, viewing schedules, completing training, and receiving work-related communications.

Experience
A background in cleaning is advantageous but not essential.

About you
You must have the right to work in the UK and be flexible with working hours and days. An internal DBS check is required. You should be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently during night shifts.

No formal qualifications are required for this position, but you must be willing to learn and follow health and safety procedures.
