As a Performance Manager at Thames Water, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works across the Witney geographical area. You will lead a small multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians, driving improvements in site operations and asset management with a strong focus on environmental impact and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include leading the Health & Safety culture of your team, ensuring total compliance and embedding good practices as everyday standards. You will manage process performance to meet regulatory quality targets by maintaining plant availability and reliability. Driving team performance through work management, development, and Health & Safety awareness will be essential. You will also own the financial activities and budget management of your team, seeking efficiencies while delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder service.
This role requires travel between sites, so a driving licence and car ownership are essential. You will be based primarily at Witney STW but will visit other sites regularly.
