This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to regulatory alignment among programme teams, prepare regulatory submissions, and provide regulatory input in project development, specifically on the South East Strategic Reservoir Option (SESRO). You will horizon scan for policy developments that might impact the SRO programme, maintain relationships with teams across the programme and regulators, and lead coordination of priorities within the SRO regulatory team.
Working in a small team, this stimulating role offers exposure to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, allowing you to develop and shape the role to help achieve the right long-term outcomes for strategic resource options.
Key responsibilities include progressing the delivery of the SRO regulation strategy, ensuring alignment on regulatory issues and submissions between the SRO and Thames Water regulatory teams, developing and implementing regulatory issue resolution plans, and contributing to the wider regulatory reform agenda.
The regulatory landscape for these projects is evolving, making this an exciting opportunity to help shape the future regulatory environment.
