About the Role
Are you an experienced Process Engineer passionate about clean water projects and sustainable solutions? Join Stantec and contribute to tackling urgent water resource and climate change challenges impacting communities across the UK and Ireland. Our clean water process team works on meaningful projects ranging from preparing utilities for low rainfall summers in the North, to shaping long-term water supply resilience through water transfer, storage, and recycling projects in the South. As a Principal Process Engineer, you will engage in a variety of projects including new treatment plant design, long-term strategic resource schemes, optimisation of existing assets, and deploying source-to-tap solutions for emerging threats such as PFAS. Day-to-day activities include onsite test work, new system design, and supporting utility business plans. Working within an integrated national and global team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across the UK and beyond, applying innovation and industry best practices to deliver outstanding results for the water sector.

Experience
- Chartered status preferred with demonstrable experience in clean water process engineering (design, science, or operations)
- Experience or willingness to learn onsite testing techniques such as jar testing to improve asset performance
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
