About the Role
Stantec is a global leader in wet infrastructure, known for driving innovation and setting ambitious environmental targets. We are seeking a Principal Water Networks Modeller to join our industry-leading team and lead critical projects that provide clean, safe water to communities. As a senior member of the team, you will focus on key challenges including network optimisation and live modelling, leakage and pressure management, network rehabilitation, and smart network operations. You will lead the technical delivery of large-scale water network projects, applying advanced modelling techniques to inform crucial infrastructure and investment decisions. Additionally, you will develop and refine methodologies to ensure exceptional results and mentor junior team members, fostering their career growth and technical skills. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a structured development programme to support your ongoing career progression.
Experience
Degree educated with extensive experience in water network modelling, ideally using software such as InfoWorks WS, InfoWater, SynerGi, ArcGIS or similar. Proven ability to lead impact assessments, growth studies, and optimisation projects. Advanced data analytics skills for water balance and network data are essential. Experience leading and developing junior staff is highly desirable.

Qualifications
