About the Role
As a Programme Manager at KBR, you will lead the delivery of high-impact infrastructure programmes from concept to completion within the UK Defence and Nuclear sectors. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of project management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and deep knowledge of construction and engineering processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defence infrastructure development, driving innovation and continuous improvement throughout the programme lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing large infrastructure programmes, managing plans, budgets, schedules and resources, coordinating interdependent projects, mitigating risks, managing change, and engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Experience
- Significant experience managing large-scale defence and nuclear infrastructure programmes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in programme management methodologies
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource planning

Qualifications
