You’ll be responsible for managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards. You will shape and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement. Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long-term strategic development will be key.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring teams, sharing best practice, supporting resourcing to enable people and projects to excel, managing PMO and Project Controls delivery with effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions. You will provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships. Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams and supporting integration with Planning disciplines are essential. Driving compliance, mitigating risks and supporting net-zero objectives throughout project delivery are also part of the role.

Experience
Extensive delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes. Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations. Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability.

Qualifications
Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
