About the Role
As a Project Manager at Stantec, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary water sector projects across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of water sector projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and adherence to Stantec’s Project Management Framework. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders; identifying and mitigating risks early; proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track; managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet financial and operational targets; and preparing and presenting regular reports and updates to a range of audiences. Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring is also an important aspect of this role, contributing to the growth and strength of the wider Project Management community. Throughout all project activities, you will uphold and promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Experience
Proven experience in the Water industry with prior project management experience is essential. Demonstrable track record of successfully managing multiple deadlines and building effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in proactive risk management and mitigation is required.

Qualifications
