About the Role
Enva Recycling Scotland is seeking a Recycling Operative to join our team in Newbridge. In this role, you will be directly involved in the segregation and sorting of construction materials, ensuring maximum recovery levels from this sector. Key responsibilities include picking and segregating construction waste such as wood, metal, plasterboard, and brick. You will also maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area and site to ensure a safe working environment. Additional duties include assisting with baling operations for cardboard, paper, and plastics, as well as completing any other tasks within your operational capability. This is a hands-on role requiring adherence to company health and safety policies while working with fixed plant, conveyors, and in a busy site environment with vehicles and mobile plant.

Experience
Full clean driving licence is required due to limited public transport links.
