Location
Kentish Town, London (NW5 1TN) with occasional travel to South London as required.

Hours
45 hours per week on a shift pattern, including a standby rota with additional payment.

Salary
Starting salary of £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
As a Repair & Maintenance Operative, you will be part of a two-person team responsible for carrying out essential maintenance and repairs across Thames Water’s North London water network. Your work will ensure that all repairs meet the correct safety and quality standards. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions and occasionally travel to South London when required. Thames Water provides a van and full PPE to support you in your role.

Experience
- Previous experience or training in a manual handling environment is essential.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Competence in using computers and other IT equipment is advantageous.
- Streetworks (NRSWA) qualification, EUSR Water Hygiene card, Service Avoidance L2 and/or First Aid qualification are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
